Client Ownership

All deliverables — code, configurations, documentation, and creative assets — are owned by you, the client. You may transition to another provider at any time after final payment.

Intellectual Property

You guarantee that all materials, data, credentials, and assets furnished to Foxstone are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them.

Acceptable Use

You agree to abide by the Foxstone Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal activities, spamming, and network abuse on any systems we manage.

Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for the activities that take place on their infrastructure, websites, and any systems under their administrative control.
